Since I posted the last blog back in December We have purchased a home, totally remodeled it and my new art studio! I am writing this from my art studio where I have been very busy the last month. I'm currently working on 4 paintings while I discover the new area where we live. I'm in re-adjusting from Tropical seascape mode to Western style paintings. Hawaii is and will always be in my heart so dont be surprised if I continue painting my home Island (The Big Island) and it's lovely landscape. But for now I'm working on a few Old west and western style paintings. and even plan to do live video of me painting in my studio at yahoo.live.com
I wanted to mention that I discovered Second life a very interesting website where you create an avatar that lives in a world where everything is possible, you own homes and land can have businesses etc. And of course being an artist I saw this as a great marketing tool. so yeah I have miniature versions of my real life canvases hanging in a gallery that I own there:) I've even sold a few:) with an average of 45,000 people visiting the site 24 hours a day from all over the world you do get some traffic! Will it help me sell my real life canvases? Only time will tell, but it's helping me visualize having my own real life gallery:)
I'm going to make a real effort to get thie website going, it's just that with searching for and buying , then remodeling a home I've been a bit preoccupied, then there's been the talk of a wedding.. but we'll talk more about that later:)

Youtube just added this cool new option, and I am beginning to explore it. I think the possibilities are awesome! I'm very excited.
